Please note that all orders placed before 3 pm are usually dispatched the same day for delivery within 1 to 3 working days.
How much is delivery?
Freight costs from comms-network on all deliveries are charged at €15 ex VAT regardless of order weight or size.
How long does delivery take?
Please note: Whilst over 95% of deliveries sent out are delivered the next working day, we can't guarantee it every single time. Please allow 1-3 days for deliveries from time of order
When will my order be dispatched?
If your order is placed by 3pm, Monday to Friday for an in stock item and there are no issues with payment (we will always try and call you right away if there is) your order will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday. Orders placed on a bank holiday will be dispatched the next working day.
What happens if I'm out when a delivery is attempted?
Our couriers will reattempt delivery. If unsuccessful a second time your order may be returned to our warehouse.
Delivery to a Business Address
Where a business address is selected as the preferred delivery address please be aware that our couriers may not be able to have the order signed for by the person who originally placed the order. The parcel may be left with goods in, the post room or the reception area where the courier will obtain a signature for your order. To avoid any confusion please only arrange delivery to your work place once you have confirmed that the above is acceptable. Neither comms-network nor our preferred couriers can be held responsible for any loss or damage once your order has been delivered.
How will my goods be packaged?
Very well! We want to ensure that your goods arrive in pristine condition.
Delivery Damaged or Missing Items
Where goods have been damaged or items are missing from your order then we advise the following:
Send an email to info@comms-network.com and please include the following information:
- Your Order number
- Manufacturers part code of the missing products
- An accurate description of the problem
- Provide digital images of the parcel where possible
Upon receiving this information we will then get back to you as soon as we can.
When will delivery take place?
Deliveries take place between 9am and 6:00pm, Monday to Friday. We cannot specify daily delivery times.
What happens if my delivery gets lost?
All items that we sent out are fully insured from the second they leave our warehouse, right up to the point they are signed for. In the unlikely event that a parcel should go missing we await courier confirmation and once given dispatch a replacement order to you.

We designed our online store to enable you to browse and shop in a very non-committed, no-barriers fashion, while knowing all the costs associated with your prospective purchase - including shipping charges. That's why our SmartCart™ Shopping Cart system automatically calculates and displays the shipping charge each time you add or remove items. That's also why we don't ask for your personal account information until after you've created a shopping cart, and you've clicked on the 'Check Out' button.
WE'LL KEEP YOU INFORMED
We deliver your order in the shortest time possible and keep you informed of its progress. Within minutes of receiving your order, you will receive an email message confirming our receipt of your order. Your order confirmation will contain instructions on how to access our online order status system. With this system, you can monitor your order as it moves through each step in the process, execution and until delivery to your doorstep.
TRACKING NUMBERS
Our online order status system provides shipment tracking numbers for most orders. It also provides a convenient link to the shipping carrier's web site to display tracking results.
ONLINE RECEIPTS/INVOICES
When your order ships, you'll receive an email message with instructions on how to print your invoice right from your own browser. Now you don't have to wait to complete your expense account, claim a rebate, or close your accounting records. You can have your invoice or receipt immediately.
BACK ORDER DATES
For those items on your order that can't ship immediately, we'll keep you informed of expected back order shipping dates so you can plan accordingly. You will receive periodic emails informing you of the status of back ordered items. And when the items ship, we will automatically notify you by email.
