TERMS & CONDITIONS
Any agreement for the purchase of goods from Comms-Network and the Customer shall be subject to these Business Policies, Terms and Conditions. By placing an order, customer consents to and agrees to abide by any and all of the following Terms and Conditions.
PRICES
Website prices are updated on a weekly basis (every Monday - holidays are excluded) and are current to the best of our knowledge when posted. However, because of the dynamic nature of the computer industry, some products, prices, manufacturer promotions or offers may change before we are able to update and post the information on this website. In the event of an unexpected cost increase or other change, we will contact you to determine whether you want to continue your order at the new price or cancel your order. We reserve the right to decline the acceptance of any orders.
WARRANTY
Comms-Network makes no warranty of any kind with respect to the information posted on this website. While Comms-Network makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the data, this website could include typographical errors and technical inaccuracies. In addition, photos may not represent actual products.
MANUFACTURER WARRANTIES
Manufacturer warranties apply to your purchase. Comms-Network, disclaims all other warranties including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
LIABILITIES
In no event shall Comms-Network be liable for any damages caused by any product or failure of such product to perform, whether or not advised of the possibility of such damage and regardless of the theory of liability pursuant to which such damages may be sought.
RETURNS
The Customer agrees to follow the Comms-Network Policy to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) from Comms-Network before attempting to return any products. See Returning a Product for further details and to initiate return process.
CLAIMS
If a Customer makes any claims against Comms-Network, the Customer agrees that the venue for such claims will be Dublin, Ireland.
CUSTOMER CREDIT CARD CHARGES
If necessary, the Customer authorizes Comms-Network to charge their Credit Card for any Restocking, Over good, or other charges, in addition to the cost of the products to include shipping charges for any product returned.
